Great selection of shops, fortunately not too many that are the usual ones you see everywhere. Not too big and easy to walk around and see everything.
Several of the toilets are being “re-furbished” so it may take you a few minutes to find one that is open. But once found they are clean and well kept.

1st Avenue Shopping Mall in Georgetown is very clean and modern with plenty of shops to browse. It is air conditioned which makes it a comfortable place to escape the heat. The mall is right next to the Komtar bus terminal, so it is very easy to get to. There is also a food court in the basement with many restaurants to choose from and even a grocery store. Overall it is a nice place to shop, eat, or just spend some time indoors.

It's not perfect and high class like Queensbay Mall, Gurney Plaza shopping mall or the prestige Gurney Paragon Mall but its better than Sunshine Central Mall in terms of a balance tenant and choices of offering of categories.
Opened in 2010, this brand-new shopping mall is located in the heart of George City, right next to the bus station, with open bridges connected to other nearby shopping malls. The ground floor and several chains of restaurants and supermarkets on the first floor are convenient for dining and buying ingredients. However, there are no more attractive brands and shops on the other floors, except for Cinema City. The mall offer a Great selection of shops, fortunately not too many that are the usual ones you see everywhere. Not too big and easy to walk around and see everything. The mall primary foot traffic visitors comes from the surrounding business but more specifically are tourist as the mall is located in the central prime district of the town area

The mall is huge, so I was expecting plenty of shops. Not really. I suppose shops were a comfortable number not to make the mall look like another marketplace. I felt there was a general dis-organisation - you might be passing by a child shop and then it’s a sports one and then an apparel shop, and then you find another sports one two storeys above, with an eatery, a pharmacy, and after walking around a bit you spot another pharmacy, another eatery here and there etc.

Its One of the top 10 Malls located in the Penang island. Originally the owners and developers of the Penang mall located at "1st Avenue" were a joint venture between Asian Retail Mall II Ltd, Belleview Group, and the Lion Group. The mall opened in November 2010 and is later being purchased by Ideal Property Group (Ideal United Bintang International Berhad (IUBIB)) during the mid 2022.

The 1st Avenue Mall is a shopping mall within George Town in the Malaysian state of Penang. It is located at Magazine Road within the city's Central Business District (CBD), next to Komtar and Prangin Mall, and is linked to both buildings via overhead bridges. The major fashion names that have set up outlets within 1st Avenue Mall include H&M, Skechers, Giordano and Forever 21. Sports chains like Original Classic still exists inside the mall, as are home improvement stores like Mr. D.I.Y on the fourth floor.

In addition, there are a number of restaurants, cafes and beverage outlets within 1st Avenue Mall, including Texas Chicken, Starbucks, Subway, Kenny Rogers Roasters, The Chicken Rice Shop, Seoul Garden, Sushi King, Tealive, A&W, Taco Bell, J.CO Donuts, Pacific Coffee and OldTown White Coffee. Recently, Village Grocer, a full-fledged supermarket chain of premium grocers, has opened at a former old unit space of Padini in Level LG.

The mall that is located in the middle of Georgetown, link to Komtar and prangin mall via overhead bridges. Consider to be a modern updated shopping mall owned by Ideal Property Group. The mall offer a variety of brands and shop with Village Grocer as the anchor tenant located at the basement. Previously Parkson was the anchor tenant taking up multiple floors before it close down. The large mall has plenty of potential for future growth.
There is a number of international brands from Brands Outlet, Crocodile Boutique, Energized, H&M, Levis, Giordano and more. Also there is Anta Sportswear and Kappa. The mall is oriented around food tenant with most of them focuses on local cusiness especially on Old Town coffee, Sushi King, Subway, The chicken rice shop and more. There is a theater by TGV located above the mall. The mall also offer plenty of events during the weekends. There is a minimal luxury presence here, meaning the target market is more towards tourist market. There is no large sit down Chinese restaurant like those located in Gurney plaza, Queensbay Mall and Gurney Paragon (Dragon-I, Souper Tang). The downside is the toilet could be dirty at some level with wet floor and tissue paper scattered.

Great shopping mall with lots of attractions! A nice mix of retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, perfect for spending the day with family or friends. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located in the heart of Georgetown. There’s always something new to explore, from trendy stores to fun events and food choices. Definitely one of the best malls in Penang!

可能是檳島喬治城內最有逛的價值商場，緊鄰光大廣場，或許是我先去過光大廣場，那邊沒落、燈光昏暗且冷清，相較之下這間商場燈光明亮、有活力且人潮多還有多家國際品牌進駐，根本是高下立判，若住在喬治城不想跑太遠購物吃飯，來這絕對是首選，時間不足光大廣場可直接跳過，整體評價4.0顆星星。

يوجد فيه مقاهي ومطاعم و ألعاب أطفال .
أسعاره جيده .
بجانبه سوق أخر .
يوجد فيه مصلى ودورة مياه .
دورة المياه أرجو الاهتمام بها أكثر .
