Hainanese home cook dishes at its finest in Batu Ferringhi area.

Tucked away within the same premise as Bora Bora, just off the main road (turn right before The Ship from Georgetown, or turn left after The Ship from Teluk Bahang), this hidden gem offers excellent food & a relaxed atmosphere.

Recommended to try the spring rolls, which were perfectly crispy & flavorful. The assam curry fish was a standout dish, with a rich & tangy sauce that had just the right amount of spice. Also, the chili crab, which was cooked to perfection in a delicious, finger-licking spicy sauce 😋👍🏻

The restaurant has a cozy & welcoming ambiance, with friendly staff & fast service. Be sure to make a reservation, if in a larger group, as the biggest table can only accommodate 12 people.

Oh ya, arrive early & take a leisurely stroll along the beach before your meal – it's the perfect way to work up an appetite! 😉✌🏻

The service was prompt, great atmosphere on the beach front and not over crowded when we were there - week day.
The only food that I thought could be improved is the prawns. All the salted eggs is on the shell. The other three dishes were good and one would come back for more.

Pricey for the quality. We came here for the lobster cause it was rated one of the best in Penang. But to our surprise, it wasn’t fresh lobster and pricey. The food and environment was just average. Can find better seafood restaurants instead.

First Time bring my Japanese friends here..The food and environment are best here...Especially the hainanese Spring roll, chilli crab with bun, curry leaves squid, garlic prawn etc. Is a must eat restaurant when you are around the corner ....Highly recommended!

Every dish we tried was well prepared and delicious. The Kam Heong squid was well coated with the super tasty sauce. The fish had a delicate flavor and buttery taste. Popiah yummy and even the simple noodle was very tasty

The worst restaurant I have ever been to！The aunty here (seems like the owner) was super rude and didnt want to serve us as they accused us for occupying a table for another bigger customer group. The table was actually small and cannot even fit all the large group. However, the table wasn't labelled with any reserved sign, and they didn't ask any staff to notify us our so-called "mistake". The way the owner settle this is by instructing the waiter to not serve us and ignore us. We waited for almost half an hour without knowing whats the reason to get ignored. Then we walk to the counter to seek help, a younger female worker tried to help us to take our order but was prohibited by that owner. "This group only has 5 people, and another group has 11 people. Know which group will make you earn more money. If you want to take this order, you cook it yourself" said the aunty to us and the younger female worker. I was amazed by this mindset and was utterly disgusted by the way she manage the restaurant and judge a customer. Eventho we successfully ordered the meal, but we didnt enjoy it. The food was not even as good as rated. The dish was not enjoyable and the fish stinks. Kangkung balacan was tasteless and the Fuyong egg was weird. NOT RECOMMEND TO TRY THIS RESTAURANT. Most of the waiter here provide types of service by the number of customer per group. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Want to rate zero star but google required at least one star to start a review. The most judgy restaurant and worker i have ever experienced.
Lastly, i am grateful for the young female worker's kind gesture, thankyou.

Decent chinese food with great beach view. Restaurant can a bit noisy but overall go for the beach vibe!
