tolong tegur sikit staff sr tesco ampang , tutup awal dari waktu take away pun tak bagi . sorry im pregnant women so i sangat2 marah dengan attitude and layanan dorang. orang datang dari jauh . lepastu cakap pun rude . please ambil tindakan . tq. buang masa i datang drive jem2 !!!

Went to their outlet in United Point Segambut on Wed 16/10/2024 to book for a birthday cake for birthday party and expected to I pick it up on Sunday 20/10/2024 11am and I had make full payment on the spot during order.

Received a call from Secret Recipe United Point outlet 03-27114588 the PIC told me, their HQ lorry doesn't deliver my cake and ask whether I can choose other flavour of cake or they will make a refund to cancel the order 😡.

What kind of services is this Secret Recipe? I recall my last visit on the same outlet few months ago when I pick up my cake, I have waited for more than 20min, super slow and their staff attitude are bad.

I do not recommend anyone to ever contact their HQ as they're very rude and not helpful. Trust me most of their staffs don't actually wanna work there, not passionate about helping people also. Worst experience ever

Rating 5 because of their staff! Very friendly, thoughtful and patient towards customer request especially on Sunway Velocity outlet and Giant Setapak/Sri Rampai outlet.

call hq dari pagi sampai petang tak ada yg jawab telepon,mungkin tak ada orang yg kerja atau mereka tak nak jawab panggilan customer atau supplayer.
