Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great

The room was just nice, and breakfast was provided, though the options were quite limited. On the plus side, there are eateries nearby if you get hungry at night. Overall, it’s a budget hotel, so don’t set your expectations too high.

Call awal 12pm inform sampai untuk check in before 2pm. Arrive after 2pm booking for 3 bilik still tak siap kemas, 30minutes waiting dekat lobby dgn baby. Toilet busuk macam ada bau something, reception not friendly muka tanya soalan macam ada buat salah je. Bilik tak selesa. Tak sesuai untuk family dan orang2 tua. Nasi lemak for breakfast tak sedap, lembik macam bubur. Please jaga quality and improve your customer servuce system even di pontian pun, we pay! Even pihak hotel siap ambik no plat kereta customer, still tak menjaga customer if ada apa2 happen dekat parking. Reception just sit still and kawasan tak safe langsung. Not gonna come and repeat again this hotel.

Aloha Hotel is a small but cozy place in a convenient location near Pontian town. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was quite impressive for a budget hotel — they served 3 different main dishes like fried noodles, nasi lemak, and (on the day I stayed) Jawa Mee, along with light bites like hotdogs and nuggets. As a vegetarian, I only had the plain nasi, and it was surprisingly delicious!

However, the aircond in the room wasn’t cold at all, even though we set it to 16°C. Throughout the night, we had to keep drinking water because our throats felt dry. We even placed a cup of water in the room to add moisture, but it didn’t help much.
Still, overall, it’s a good place for a short and simple stay.

Staff dekat front desk muka ketat, tak friendly lansung..parking susah..siap boleh kena saman.. bau bilik tak menyenangkan.. ini last aku pilih hotel ini..

The worst ever. If you are ok with 2 hours sleep this is it. The bedsheets are so used, it’s yellowish and greasy. The hot water cycles every 2 minutes. The aircon is noisy and not cold. We called reception for house keeping and were denied claiming that it’s only provided in the morning. Cleanliness, forget about that, the basics are already atrocious! A nightmare experience and nobody gives a dam. Half star if any.

Friendly staff. A bit of old building but clean. Many halal eateries nearby and in just walking distance. Also can watch sunset as it's very near to the sea
