pukul 9:20 saya masuk kedai untuk order air, baru seminit saya masuk, ade 2 pekerja lelaki pakai cermin mata dan perempuan sorang perempuan yang tengah busy maybe buat order foodpanda/grab, tu saya tak kisah lambat sikit dah 5minit tunggu, then pekerja lelaki tersebut pun tegur pekerja perempuan tu, untuk ambil order saya, dengan nada yg kuat dan “fade-up” dia jerit “sabarrrrrr” dekat pekerja lelaki tu, saya terus keluar dari kedai, dan tak order, maaf ya, saya sendiri pun kerja bahagian retail dan faham penatnya macam mana, but please respect your customer, not matter how busy you are, please be professioal, patutla ramai bagi review tak baik dekat sini, sendiri pikir ya, customer datang dengan harapan nak beli air/makanan sedap tapi dapat layanan camtu, very shit ya!! saya takkan order lagi air dekat sini!

this year only, i already 4 times stops by this branch, but every time, i get a really bad service from the staff, not like the previous past 2 years ex-staff. the barista/cashier is really arrogant. not hoping for a princess treatment, but an "eye smile" and a "thanks" will do. her attitude really rude.

other than about the staff, the food quality. specifically the drinks. i realize that the quality for the drinks in this branch really drops a lot. it's getting worst. i can't help to keep compare to other branch. other branch is so much better.

the barista really need to revise back their attitude and the drinks SOPs, cause branch in Pontian is wayyyy better in both matter. if Pontian branch can do a good quality drinks, why Pekan Nanas cannot?

Went there to pickup my drinks with my friend. We ordered separately but my order didnt include paperbag while my friend did. When i pickup my drink, i asked the staff which is also the OUTLET SUPERVISOR whos wearing blue hijab for a paperbag but she told me “next time request paperbag” with unfriendly tone to which i replied with a sorry because i didn’t notice about it. And when i said thank you, she didnt even bother to reply or nod or even look at me.

Meanwhile, my friend who is beside me DID REQUEST for a paperbag on ZUS app but didnt get any. Make it makes sense sis?

I’ve visited this place multiple times, and every single time the staff has been incredibly rude and unfriendly. The person serving me always looks like he’s being forced to work, with a face full of resentment—as if I owe him a huge debt. The attitude is consistently hostile and unwelcoming. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Service out, barista sombong sngt. yang lelaki pun sama alahai. Dua kali pergi dua kali dpt bad service. Baru pukul 9:30pm dah cakap close order huhu

Very impressed with the quality for the coffee here. I ordered Spanish Latte with Oatly and it tasted great! Kudos to the friendly staff as well!
