Upon entering the restaurant, I found the décor quite standard—nothing fancy but comfortable. One notable thing is that they don’t use QR code menus, so orders are taken by writing on a paper form. Despite the restaurant being almost full, we had to wait for about 30 minutes for our food, which was a bit long. Service was decent, but there was a hiccup—I specifically requested to change the fries to a salad and even confirmed this with the waitress, yet the dish still came with fries.

Burger:
The burger was a standout dish. The patty was moist and flavorful, complemented by the unexpected crunch of crispy Pringles. The black bun was incredibly soft and paired perfectly with the overall taste of the burger. It’s a burger that can certainly compete with some of the better ones in Singapore.

Chicken Chop:
I didn’t have high expectations for the chicken chop, especially since it was made with chicken breast, but I was pleasantly surprised. The meat was tender and juicy, retaining the natural flavor of the chicken without being over-marinated or overcooked. It was simply done, but executed well.

Claypot Chicken Rice:
The claypot chicken rice was another highlight of the meal. The rice had the classic burnt, crunchy layer at the bottom of the claypot, which added an authentic texture to the dish. The overall taste was above average, and the combination of flavors worked well together. It’s definitely a comforting, tasty dish that stands out among similar offerings in the area.

Fries:
The fries, however, were dry and unremarkable. They didn’t add much to the meal, and the missed request to swap them for a salad was disappointing.

Overall:
Considering that this restaurant is in a small town, the quality of the food is excellent. However, the service leaves room for improvement due to the wait time and the overlooked instructions. Despite this, I would still recommend it for the food, especially if you’re in the area and craving a solid burger, well-cooked chicken chop, or a satisfying claypot chicken rice.

Their claypot rice is average and reasonable but nothing wow and nothing bad
Freshly prepared super hot super crispy right texture but calling it delicious is questionable
Frankly speaking the salted fish minced pork claypot rice has the missing element of salted fish or the salted fish is either too little or poor quality
Service is okay very polite very prompt
Decoration is supposed to be decent and unique but the broken B on the Alpha Burger logo seems to be missing for some time. It needs some maintenance to be precise.

My experience at this burger restaurant which is pet-friendly was truly enjoyable. The staff was so helpful at a great attitude. The burgers were tasty and the menu offers a wide variety of options, also there has a mini-burger for the dog.😍 Highly recommend it! ❤️

Dropped by this burger spot on a whim and loved it! They serve other delicious options too. The place is really pet-friendly (they even offer mini burger for our furry buddy 😍), and the staff is awesome. Definitely coming back for more!
