I am a long term customer of BWY, and I recently visited BWY ipoh. I love the range of products offered here at reasonable prices, making it a fantastic place for anyone passionate about baking.

However, my experience was spoiled by the condition of the restrooms. Unfortunately, they were poorly maintained—dirty and even flooded during my visit. It’s surprising that a well-established shop like this would neglect such an important aspect of customer and staff comfort.

While I highly recommend their products, I really hope they address the cleanliness of their facilities. It’s essential for a shop that values its customers to provide a clean and welcoming environment.

Best place to get bakery ingredients in Ipoh. There provides multiple choice and baking accessories products.
There also accepted ewallet and credit card payment unfortunately not provide delivery service.

Now if you want to buy a cake box, u have to buy 1 set of about 10 boxes for RM8. If one box costs only about RM0.80. Why can't I buy just 1 or 2 boxes only? That gives a benefit to the shop but not to the customers. Haiyoo..very depressing.

My mom went there earlier, and she dropped a rm50 note into a hole at the cashier, the cashier said cannot retrieve it and asked my mom to pay another rm50. The staffs there tried to help retrieving it but failed too and they mentioned that always happened. The thing is it is not rm5, its rm50.So basically that hole is like a donation box for them. So avoid cash payment, psst they said cards fell into that hole too

Very good selection at cheap price. Recommended to come to source for your baking need. Variety of accessories at different sizes, many homebakers shopping and busy now due to ramadan.

The Chinese staff (Karen) is extremely rude. She talked to my mum in Malay even though knowing that she is Chinese. When my mum don’t quite get what she say she then speak to her in Chinese rudely. I scolded her why she speaks in Malay when seeing Chinese old lady and they may not be able to understand her. She answered back that isn’t we Malaysian should know Malay. She does not seem feel that she has problem. She keep splurging out nonsense and I scolded her more. I told her to watch out her attitude since she working in service line and please have some manners. With staff like that I guess they will chase the customers away. I am not going to such a place to shop and not that they have the best range of items which we could not get it anywhere else.
