Came alone just for the claypot chicken rice. Heard this is the first one in Kampar.

Ordered a Salted Fish with Lap Cheong Claypot Chicken, add on a veggie and a glass of “Bang Dai Wun”.

Taste really good, not too salty. Love it

I’ve tried salted fish clay pot chicken rice and it really tastes so good! The big portion is good for 3 pax and the price is also reasonable. Although it has come with salted fish but the taste is moderate and all controlled well.

Nice clay pot rice if you pass by Kampar. Steam chicken with sausage and salted fish. Dining at this vintage walkway restaurant was a delightful blend of good food and cultural immersion.

I fall in the very tasteless group. Rice have crust, but no char taste or smell. Lap Cheong also tasteless. Chicken tasteless. All I taste is salt, not even soya sauce.

My only conclusion from what I gather is I got the 'quick' version. Pre-cooked rice and chicken. Heat the pot, pour in the ingredients and serve. We were served within 5 minutes. To quick to cook…
