I visited this cake shop recently and was truly impressed. The overall taste and quality of their cakes are excellent—rich in flavor, soft in texture, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient.

I tried their butter cake with fresh cream, and it was absolutely delightful. The butter cake was moist, soft, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The fresh cream was light and smooth, balancing the richness of the butter perfectly. A simple yet satisfying treat—I’ll definitely be back for more!

My family has been going to cherry cake house in the Bayu Perdana outlet. Their outlet has never disappointed me.However their Bayu Tinggi has disappointed me. I had ordered 4 Roti kek, pandan flavoured, one week before. When I first ordered, I asked if I could pick it up on Thursday. Than the next day, I asked them if I could pick it up the coming Saturday instead of Thursday. They said can. On Saturday when I went to pick up my order. They said they had cancelled my order because the bakery had already make the cake on Thursday and since I didn’t come.They had canceled my order. I was so angry. I already told them I am coming Saturday. I inform them the next day after I placed my order. But you know what was even worse, their staff acted like it was not their problem. And they’re not at fault. I am so angry. The least they could do is say we are very sorry. They could have made some calls and made arrangements. But no, they really acted like they were not at fault. This Bayu Tinggi outlet has disappointed me very much.

Update, the HQ from cherry cake house contacted me the next day after this review. They asked me what happened and they were very sorry. They did compensate. But they are going to take action. Im very pleased with them.i hope they continue doing their best.

I highly recommend this cake house for those looking at cake that is less sweet. I am a cake lover, after trying so many shops and outlets i realize their cake is the best.

Honestly i dont know is it all the Cherry cake house brances or just this located at Taman Bayu Perdana.

Almost every ocassion whenever i need a cake, this is the place i will come for. Not to mentioned their price is reasonable.

I am here posting to compliment them for the good job they did for my daughter's birthday. Both my daughter birthday the cake was just marvellous.

This shop dont judge customer just because you ordered a small size and they simply do. They really commit to what our request.

a good impression at the company event where I first had their American chocolate cake. Then, I personally bought an earl grey swiss roll and a slice of american chocolate cake at their shop (not evenly cut, it comes in different sizes but its ok, not a big deal since its cheap)
BUT!!! The swiss roll just got mouldy on the next day morning and it was kept refrigerated all time !! We almost feed that to a 2 y/o toddler!!!! While for the American chocolate cake that I had on the day itself, you can clearly tell this is at least a 2 overnights cake! It was so freaking dry and hard! One word. DISAPPOINTED. I will never ever come back.

I am living in Singapore and this is the first time I am ordering a cake for my dear friend who is staying in Klang and I must say that Cheery Cake House is 100% reliable. They are also flexible with the delivery arrangement and they would send an update upon delivery. They use a 3rd party delivery company where they took good care of the cake. The cake was intact and in good condition when it arrived. Communication with Cheery staff via Whatsapp was also smooth - they would respond to me very fast whenever I have a question. They also have many variety of cakes to choose from. I highly recommend Cheery if anyone wishes to send a cake.
