We came here after seeing good reviews on Google. This is a family-style restaurant, which can be understood as a private home-cooked eatery. It's best to book seafood three days in advance. We went on a whim, but the owner couple still served us delicious dishes like shrimp and crab. That plate of mixed vegetables tasted incredibly fresh, just as good as the seafood. Highly recommended.

I suggest you take the time to come and taste the delicious food here. The prices are very reasonable, and the service makes you feel like you're visiting someone's home, with a warm and cozy atmosphere.

4 of us went to Pulau Ketam for a day trip. Instead of the more touristy restaurants, we decided to have lunch here. It was a home where they also serve meals. It was home cooked and we were the only customers there since it was a weekday. This makan place is off the tourist path, over 1km walk from the jetty. We found this place on Google map. The owner was friendly, ambience was good, food was good and cheap. We had prawns, fried sotong, chicken feet and yau mak as well as 6 cans of cold tiger beer. Weather was perfect. If you want a local experience for lunch or dinner, I would recommend this place.

They’re not a full operating restaurant, but we came here because of the review / Google and was pleasantly surprised!

It was away from the tourist crowd and the menu was not extensive. The owner will recommend you dishes that she’s good at and cook up a storm of good, homey food for you and your group of friends to enjoy. Ambience is good, really a nice place to just chill with a group of friends.

Price is very very reasonable, both the lady and male owner are very very friendly too.

Highly recommended if you want some nice place to just have some beer, simple food to enjoy this small fishing village.
