i had really bad experience with them. Cake received not same as shown in the website. I have to give cake to my husband with pink color cake deco instead of white. When i request for change, they simply say bakery are closed because got emergency , very frustrated abt not being responsible on customer special moment/event. the wish card also terribly written, at least properly printed instead of handwritten unless their hand written is nice.

I always order my cakes from Eat Cake Today because they have a lot of variety and they are always punctual for delivery. This time I had blackforest noire cake. It has a nice real melt in the mouth chocolatey taste and is not overly sweet. Usually I opt for shipping, however this time around I collected from their store at The Starling Mall. It is nice to look around and see the balloons, the soap flowers and the many other slice cakes on display.

I've made a few orders here as gifts and the ready made cakes seems to be good. Decided to try the custom made and the look was good but the taste was terrible. It was dry and doesn't even taste or look like red velvet. the custom made cakes were much more expensive at RM200 for the 6 inches but really not worth it. Also ordered custom made chocolate cupcake and it was so-so. paid RM10 per cupcake and the cocoa used was poor quality. Gave feedback and all they did was tell me they are sorry and they will feedback to the baker instead of taking responsibility for not checking the baker's quality/ appointing the baker.

This actually was a surprise event for my bestie and I was slightly nervous about the delivery as the weather always bad, it kept raining. But with the help from Eat Cake Today, this whole experience has turned up to be a memorable one. The cake was received in good condition, everything was fine and the best part of all this, my bestie really loved the cake!

So, thank you so much to Eat Cake Today team and special credit goes to the delivery man. Appreciate your hard work and i will definitely come back again for future purchases.

Ordered a Mango cheesecake for my colleague, They sent me a frozen Mango Cheesecake. End up, we have to throw it away. Very disappointed, I will not order cake from this website anymore.

Not very pleased with the service I received today. Ordered a strawberry shortcake 2 days in advanced and was informed in the morning of delivery day, cake was out of stock. It was clearly not acceptable as I did not walk in to check out what is available in store; I order to make. I accepted a replacement cake anyway as I needed a cake. And, to make things worse the delivery time frame was 1-3pm. The cake showed up at 3:07pm.
