原本想和男朋友开开心心地吃一餐情人节晚餐 结果一整晚 大踩雷！

1.店员的态度问题
刚抵达餐厅的时候就站着等了10分钟店员才招待我们没有关系 可以体谅情人节人多店员比较忙。
- 因店员之间没有沟通好 导致原本我们的位子是靠墙的座位 被迫接受坐在中间走廊之间… 真的非常不舒服的感觉‼️

- 每个座位都应该有一盏小灯
而我发现我的座位没有… 我就和店员说可不可以也拿一盏灯给我呢？(因为店内灯光有一点暗如果没有小灯 食物是拍不到的）我等了又等 叫了又叫 终于灯来了！等了接近30分钟 一盏灯…

- 因为是情人节限定晚餐 主食我们选择了鸡肉和三文鱼。
入座前店员A和我们确认了一次，很好 非常负责
入座了不久店员A再次和所有人询问要什么主食？？？
到了主食环节 鸡肉上来了半个小时都吃完了 ，店员B叫店员C再次来和大家询问要什么主食？？？
大大大！无语！！！
店员C询问完了 默默走回角落站着？？没有想要帮我们催食物的意思？
店员B走来了 问还需要多少盘的三文鱼 店员C回答 5盘 店员B整个大震惊说什么！还有5盘？！马上B叫C去和厨房说 而C站着哪里迟迟不敢去和厨房说 站在那边应该有5分钟🙂？？？ 再搞什么！
到底是什么操作！

2. 预约时说好的6点完餐开始
结果到了6:48分 才开始第一道开胃菜
这一餐总共花了 接近3个小时才结束 ！

3.食物问题
每一道菜来到都不是热的… 也不是温的 而是冷的…
开胃菜的面包也是烤焦的😓 整片是黑的 😓
开胃菜就算了
汤来到也不是热的…
主食 - 鸡肉 距离上一道菜等的时间是20分钟哦 来到 竟然也是冷的‼️‼️🥵

主食 - 三文鱼 距离上一道菜等的时间是35分钟‼️ 来到又小块又超级薄‼️

明明甜品已经端上楼上来了 选择放着让大家傻傻等了 15分钟 大家看来看去… 而男朋友主动问店员C可以上甜品了吗 他才去端我们的甜品给我们… 之后他又开始走来走去不懂忙什么 而其他顾客还在傻傻等他端给他们… 之后其他顾客看到我们要求了店员开端给我们 其他顾客和纷纷叫店员端给他们…

整个晚餐真的好无语… 😓 真的很失望 😓
生意真的不是这样做的 一道菜距离一道菜的时间真的太太太久了几乎都要20分钟… 情人节忙不过来可以理解 对不起但是这次我真的理解不了…😡
这餐情人节晚餐我相信在场的其他顾客的感受也跟我一样 大家的脸上都写着不耐烦 三个字… 都互相看来看去地傻傻等待 😓

这顿晚餐花了RM400+ 得到的是这种体验 你觉得值得吗？你会开心吗？

The food really disappointed. I very rarely give 1 star. The chicken wings is not fresh & not cook well can see reddish blood inside. They did recook new plate of chicken wings to replace. But I still felt bbq chicken wings from hawker stall taste better. The dessert & main course fish pie is very very disappointed too. Time manage & service is not well too. I only can said most of the food is disappointed.

A Disappointing Fine Dining Experience

I was really looking forward to this fine dining experience, and while the ambiance was nice, the overall experience left much to be desired. We had reserved the Valentine's Day set menu for 8 PM, but we weren't seated on time. I can understand that it might have been due to the crowd, so I didn't mind too much.

However, the food was a major letdown. The Valentine's Day set menu was served in batches, and to make matters worse, the food was placed in the hallway leading to the restroom. This was extremely unhygienic, as it was not only close to the restroom but also in a high-traffic area. On top of that, the food just didn't suit my taste.

For a meal that cost over 400++ for two people, it was definitely not worth it. I don't think I'll be returning, especially considering the poor hygiene standards.

I must say, we really really enjoyed the meal here. It was a nice cozy & quiet restaurant. Went for the course meal. As one would expect, portions for each was kept small but it was nice. My personal favorite was actually cherry tomatoes which i'm totally in awed. Just plain old tomatoes but it tastes really really good. Everything else was also really good, the asparagus soup, the miso butter bread. Alot of the dishes comes with black caviars which on its own, to me already made the whole meal worth the value. I feel the taste for each meal was very very well balanced. Not one taste was over powered by another. You get just the right amount of taste with each bite.
We topped up additional to the RM138 per pax and opt for lamb rack & beef short ribs. plus a bottle of wine from their selection. Well, being 'A Wine Knowledge Company', the way wine was served is not normal, straight from the bottle, no decanter, no allowing it time to breath. But we're ok as we're not wine experts.
Overall, it was a truly satisfying meal. The final bill came up to RM700 for 2 pax including a RM250 bottle of wine. You'd say it's costly, but without the wine, i'd say its good value. If one goes for the basic meal course of RM138/pax, you'd be getting really good value for money. One need to appreciate the attention & details the chef's put into each dish.

Nice environment, cozy, and nice place to chill with family and friends. Only serve wine here and no other beverages. Food are tasty but a little too salty for us. Maybe due to we don’t drink wine and alcohol our tastebuds are normal. Pricing are reasonable and I love the truffle fries and popcorn chicken very much. Their roasted salads are super tasty too.

Call for reservation as they do not have a lot of tables. U need to bring along ur scarf for ladies if u r afraid of cold as they can’t control their Aircond Temperature and need to keep it tat way for their wines.

楼上的环境好 我们点了一个course➕wine 另外add on的mushroom soup tomato soup and curry pasta
Mushroom soup和asparagus soup都很好喝 还有那个像鸡蛋的东西也很惊喜👍🏻tiger prawn好吃 jelly soup就不大能接受 grill chicken比较普通 dessert就还行 一小个而已 原本期待的是cake结果不是 如何服务员还忘了写happy anniversary给我 所以有点失望
