I recently purchased a paludarium from this Horti Plant and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the product and the customer service. From the moment I placed my order, everything was handled with such care and attention to detail from Daniel and the team. The paludarium that we bought they are willing to guide us from scratch on how to do it. So thankful!

What truly stood out was the level of customer support I received throughout the process. The team was incredibly responsive and provided all the guidance I needed to set it up properly. I can tell they genuinely care about their products and customers.

If you needed guidance and patience from someone I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DANIEL. He will literally tel you all the little details that you needed to know and he can answer all you questions!

I highly recommend this Horti to anyone looking to invest in a paludarium. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

I brought my kids here to experience the terrarium building. A very cosy place where Chang Le is friendly and take time to explain to the kids how to take care and build terrarium from zero. My kids enjoy every moment of it.
A very family friendly place which I will totally recommend to my friends in future.
Good stuff must share...!!!!

Nice and cozy place for people to hangout and complete a terrarium together👍 Patience is key but rest assure all the staff here are friendly and provide you step by step guidance till you are done with yours!

Such a great experience of terrarium workshop 💯
The staffs here are super nice, they will guide us the process of doing terrarium very clearly and patiently.
No time limit as you can really do it in a very relaxing mode.
