Sangat² lama service, pekerja bahagian rojak,abc sgt lembab buat kerja,org yg htr receipt tunggu lama, please improve your staff skills to serve customer, berbanding tempat lain lagi banyak org semua dpt buat dengan cepat org sikit buat rojak mahu 30minit, abc pun 30minit lepas tu org yg baru dtg serve trus yg tunggu lama lepas mcm tu sahaja. Kalau tidak mahu kerja jgn kerja.

At stall Smoke Hauz, offers non Halal Western food with some local delicacies. Tried the pork burger with egg & spaghetti with pork ball. Nice

Always here for the kueh chap, pork burger, pork ball spaghetti & laksa. The kueh chap is the same branch as the one at Parkcity Food court. The mix rice kinda not much choice. Price is acceptable. The drinks are nice too! Always order the iced tea (teh C peng), but if you don't like sweet, can always ask for less sugar.

Food and atmosphere are good but the service, lack of manners. Please be reminded, the icaffe close at 10pm and not 11pm as per banner shown outside. Thus, if you are not accepting any orders, learn to say “we are sorry sir/maam,we’re closing”. Please, budi bahasa budaya kita.

For the price I'm paying and the time we waited, I don't think it's worth of what you get
For a non air cond food court to be charging this price at least the food should be better (its not as fresh as I thought it should)

Noodles are soggy to the point its in a lump

Rice, the meat are so pitiful compared to what we are paying

In short I believe we can get better for the price we are paying at other places

Oh well at least the coffee is ok
And the waitress are nice

Sad... in the past it was good🫡

Lousy concep of services... Over "Self service" from ordering food to picking up the food and drinks.. please put the notice or procedure how to order and pick up the food.. ringing the bell continuously because calling the customer that not familiar with this place ordering and picking up concept... I wouldn't recommend this place if you wanna dine while chilling...

Arrived here at 8:30 am, only 1 store out of 11 stores ready to take orders.
