I had a rather frustrating experience trying to purchase dried chilies online from them. The process was not as straightforward as I expected. When I first connected with a salesperson via whatsapp, they asked for my name before providing any details/price or assisting with my order, which felt unnecessary and off-putting. I made the payment via online transfer, but a few days later, a representative called to inquire about my payment method—despite me already having made the payment. Now, it's been over two weeks and I still haven’t received my chillies and received no updates from them.

I had been buying chili kering kurang pedas few times. All the orders were good. The chilis were nice red incolor n fresh
But in june this year i ordered 10pkts chili kering kurang pedas again.
To my disappointment all the chillis were so dark like burnt. Wn i cooked with the chili my dish tasted bitter. Why isnt there quality control? U should only sell good red ones not the dark burnt ones.
