I saw reviews about how poorly the service they recieve from staff. Just today, I go there, and I pay my one piece of bun with qr code, the woman give me the look that I can say like she's annoyed, her face was so tight 😂 and after I done pay, no thank you or anything BRO she do me like nothing and just go with the next cust. That's fine ig for people like her that had no courtesy 💀

She didn't know the next one was my friend too, so that woman had the audacity to talk to her co-worker, in front of my friend, like "rm2 pun mau guna qr code" hahaahhaa yes sure do, I always use card or qr code whenever I buy stuff. Then my friend was like "rm2 pun x boleh guna qr code ka?" And she was like "eh eh boleh miss" fake face alert💀💀💀 then my fren pay another qr code with less amount 😂😂

Dang, that woman really had problem with that. She was mad because I 'hold' the line (?) It's not supermarket, the cust not mad at all, but you are. You think doing that is gonna make ur service so good is it? 🤡🤡 Chile bro. I tot it was only me, but guess there are review about the staff being quite unprofessional and thought they could judge customer based on how cust manage their financial 😂😂😂 funny staff there you got 🤡🤡

I'm planning to keep on buying only one bun with qr code whenever i feel like trolling her, if shes not there then no use cuz the bakery not of my taste actually. It's easy to emotionally drain people of that kind. The kind that always complain about unnecesary things. so tell your staff to keep being unprofessional so i can keep coming and at least donate my rm2 to her paycheck ✨️✨️✨️ without it she can't make tight face to cust 😂😂

Wanted to order a birthday cake for my brother like I've always done for all my family members for more than 10 years. Took a look at the listing of cakes available to be made. Then the staff told me that they would prefer if I chose from the ready made cake on display. When I insisted that I wanted to order a cake like I always do, the staff told me it was too much of a hassle to order a cake and insisted I chose from the ready made ones. This has never happened before and the staff were being quite rude about it so I left and went to Novelty instead whose staff showed me a display of cake and helped me placed an order for a cake.

This place is huge but sometimes the staff needs to appreciate the work opportunities given & execute it without excuses! You need to help grow company business to grow your wallet. 😆

I love their donut sugar! Fluffy, tasty & even if it’s cold, it’s still edible & soft!!

I dropped by this cake house after completed my errands.

When I was queueing to pay, I’m the 1st to queue & this uncle after choosing a cake, the cashiers let him pay 1st, although I was the 1st queueing... the uncle looked at me realised felt guilty, i said nvm. It was the cashiers prioritise customers who buy more expensive while i only bought rm1.70x2 buns

Well. Rm1.70x2 buns x 30days x 12 months! chicken floss Rm2.80x2 x30 days x 12 months, donut sugar rm2.10x2 x 30days x 12 months (my all time fav) U don’t mind losing a customer...

Staffs act like boss... be your own boss then.

It is one of the two larger Bakery companies in Sandakan (along with Novelty) and they have many branches scattered around the city. This one was the original one, and is the largest. They have an extensive selection of bread, including sliced loaves, individual and multiple prepacked buns, cold sandwiches, donuts, cakes, cookies, tarts, and also racks of party products (banners, cake candles, gifts etc) as well as a limited range of bread spreads. They have several display fridges for mini cake slices, whole decorated cakes, and small desserts.

Fresh individual buns, egg tarts and sandwiches arrive upon opening, but the rest only arrive past noon. You may order cakes for special occasions and they can add handwritten messages in icing inclusive of the price.

Individual buns here are reasonably priced, with most starting from RM1.20 up to over RM3 for a burger. The bread is decent (nothing to shout about, but nothing offensive), plus they have the widest selection of any bakery in Sandakan. Cakes here are so-so, but I personally find them slightly on the sweet side. But given that they are a commercialised bakery, the quality is about as good as it gets for Sandakan standards.

The shop is spacious and clean and service is fairly fast. The best time to come would be around 2–6pm, as it would be late enough so the whole range of products would have arrived, but not too late so that everything won't be sold out. Worth coming here or any of their branches if you're looking for a quick snack.
