As the name itself, the place is surrounded with lakes and trees. Nice place with lots of birds. Actually not much to do there as the place is not very big and nothing to buy or eat. There is a stretch leading to the place about 3 to 4 km without proper roads.

Calm n green, I love the birds and the surroundings. Missed my DSLR.

There was a big fallen tree blocked the road, lucky just at the main entrance. The gate was closed and no one at the guard house. But lucky again it wasn't lock.

We managed to go in and enjoy the nature.....heaven for bird watching.

Beautiful nature… lots of improvements to do but I will return to enjoy nature’s beauty. Maybe someone should fly a drone and capture the life on the small land in the middle of the lake.

Excellent place for aquatic bird watching . There is a severe lack of information about the various birds found in the park. The park management and the State government need to get their act right quickly to make this place an excellent tourist attraction. The current dirt road (currently filled with large potholes) leading to the park needs to be upgraded to be a full metalled road.

Beautiful place to relax and watch birds fly by and monitor lizards swim by.

Lots of hydrophytes present as well.

You get a good view from the look out tower. But the top floor is very much covered in Bird poop, so you can't sit down, bring your own foldable stool.

There is a seating area at the waterside, but this is also covered in bird poop, so bring something to clean it up.

The road there is still very bumpy.

this place is a waterbird paradise. heaven for birdist. can make bird watching activities. more than 50 species of birds can found here easily.

Nice relaxing place. Few type of birds. Otter sighted too. Another good place in Perak where very few people know. Unfortunately the road enter to this place quite bad. This is near Batu Gajah.

A hidden gem in the small town of Batu Gajah. It's a simple setup and free admission. The only shortcoming is the 5km leading into the site is full of potholes, making the short 5km ride a 15 mins one.
