We visited during a weekday evening and the restaurant was pretty empty. The interior is a bit stark (and I like minimalism!) and the music (my son described it as Tik Tok music!) was rather loud. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had shrimp fritters (fresh and crispy), Lemak Laksa which was tasty (but as other reviewers have mentioned, the noodles were very soft and other than half a boiled egg had no protein included), Signature Mixed Laksa and Nasi Lemak with Crunchy Fried Chicken - which were both good, though not exceptional.

Found this little gem after wandering up and down the street (it’s on the second floor). We had the signature laksa and another variety, both were delicious and the accompaniment were great too! Clean, with great service, I would definitely would recommend paying this resturant a visit if you are in George Town

- không gian quán: nằm ở tầng 2, quán với tone màu trắng khá sạch sẽ. Tôi ăn lúc 3PM nên quán vắng, chỉ có 1 bàn của tôi
- nhân viên phục vụ tận tình, không có gì để chê
- món laksa khá vừa vặn và dễ ăn đối với người ngoại quốc, món cơm gà chiên giòn cũng ổn áp. Tất cả đều vừa đủ và đáng để trải nghiệm khi đi du lịch

Unique taste of mixed laksa, flavourful and a bit spicy. Although this place specialises in laksa, the lamb chop rissoto serves as a good introduction to rissoto itself, cheesy but not overwhelming and at the same time wielding a savoury comforting taste. I visited this restaurant for a weekend dinner after noticing the positive ratings and social media buzz, partly driven by their promotion of offering free ice kacang for each review. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

I ordered the lasagna, which I would rate 3/5 for taste. However, the portion size was extremely small,
served on a very large plate, which made it look even smaller 😂. My friend ordered the butter rice set, which turned out to be rice heavily soaked in butter; not only was it unappetizing, but it also caused her stomach discomfort afterward.

The pasta was another letdown because it was dry and carried an unpleasant sour taste. As for the prawn fritters, they were overly salty, excessively hard in texture, and resembled rempeyek rather than proper fritters.

On a more positive note, the drinks, presentation, and dining environment were fairly good, which I would rate 4/5. However, considering the high prices, the poor food quality and taste made the experience unsatisfactory.

For improvement, I would recommend adjusting portion sizes to match the pricing, balancing the seasoning to avoid excessive salt or butter, and refining pasta preparation for better texture and flavor. These changes would help the food match the quality of the drinks, presentation, and environment, which are already strong points.

Overall, this will likely be my first and last visit unless significant improvements are made. Overall rating: 2/5 ⭐ — with points given only for drinks, presentation, and environment.

Quite difficult to find it is on the second floor to the left of the family mart inside of Kim mansion

Overall enjoyed the food there. The noodles and broth are good, but not exceptional. The noodles are honestly a little bit soft for my taste and the broth a little bit on the sour side.

The fried toppings are pretty good and pair well with the Laksa though I wish the Laksa came with more toppings

Very delicious! Comfort place, nice and suitable price! U should try, maybe it’s little bit hard to find parking but u can park at srjk(c) around there and pay.
