This place just for the agents or runners of the mamasab bakery picking up their cakes or items ordered. If you want to try mamasab bakery cakes or any of their items, you need to go through their agents, you cant buy directly from here. You can comment here if you want to try their cake and wanna find their agents, i knows some of their agents.😊

Fast service but very bad customer service. There was only one other customer when I came, so definitely not a peak hours or busy dealing with others. But there was no reasonable customer-seller interaction at all. Just take my form, go and take my order, put on the front table and go talking with other workers at the back.. I was confused because the worker didnt even say anything. Is there no plastic bag? Do I need to wait for receipt or anything? It was really awkward. At least a polite eye gesture or a smile before chatting with your friends will do. I just take the order, put in my backpack and go out of the outlet. I didnt even manage to say thank you but to think back, it was no necessary. It was my first time here, but I dont think I want to come and pick up at this outlet again. Too bad even when the products are good.

rasanya Pengurusan perlu lebih memudahkan cara ttg pengisian borang pesanan. tak perlu tulis 2x ttg brgn yg dipesan. cukupkan dlm 1 borang pesanan, nyatakan qtty, nama stok (atau kod produk maybe one day), no order.

Staf bertugas tak mesra. Terkejut first time datang untuk pick up kek sendiri, dalam keadaan serba tak tahu,tiada layanan mesra.Mungkin kena perbaiki part tu.InsyaAllah Mamasab akan terus berjaya.

5 star for the fast services, delicious food but 1 star for the staff attitude. Runner also cannot commit the exact time when want to deliver the cake. Pity and disappointed.
