We visited this fun place in Jonker Walk. They have a wide variety of instant noodles and snacks. The place has a fun decor. Staff were friendly and we bought some instant noodles here. Prices were higher than local supermarkets but they threw in a reusable bag.

It was small but special.

Slightly pricy but to experience once i guess its okay!

They let you colour with sharpie pens, let you put the noodles and choose your toppings and will seal it with a plastic.

Such a fun and unique experience at Mamee Jonker Walk! The concept is creative and the atmosphere is lively. The staff were welcoming and the food was tasty. Great spot for both kids and adults!🍜

Ada souvenir lain jgak seperti cawan, bag, key chain, fridge magnet, note book dan jajan2 combo..die tak la murah tapi latest dr kilang..staff dkt situ sgt peramah dan baik..hari first sy pergi tak dpt print nama sbb xckup staff, so die advice sy pg next day and the next day sy dpt print nama..sy pg 10.30 pagi so xramai org.. When Henry Golding appeared on LADbible’s Snack Wars, it didn’t take long before something deeply familiar appeared on screen: the unmistakable blue packet of Mamee Monster noodles. The moment he tore it open, crushed the contents in his hands, sprinkled the seasoning, and ate it straight from the pack—like every Malaysian kid instinctively knows how to—I smiled. “These are amazing,” he said, eyes lighting up. And just like that, it wasn’t just Henry on screen anymore. It was all of us.

Growing up in the 80s and early 90s, Mamee was the cheapest snack around—just 5 sen. No fancy flavours, no extra powder. Just crispy instant noodles, straight from the packet. And that was all it needed to be. When everything else felt out of reach, that little blue packet gave me something small but meaningful: a sense of belonging. With just a coin in my pocket, I could sit with my friends, break off bits of noodles, share a laugh, and feel like I was part of the moment.

Decades later, I found myself at Mamee Jonker House, tucked into Melaka’s iconic Jonker Street—a place bursting with nostalgia, colour, and creativity. It’s part museum, part café, part joyful playground. And right at the heart of it is Noodle Doodle—a space where you can decorate your own Mamee cup noodles.

That day, I went with my mum. We decided to make a cup for my niece, who was still a little too young to do it herself. Now, my mum isn’t the artsy type. She doesn’t spend her time drawing or crafting—but she absolutely loves her granddaughter. And that was enough to get her sitting down, pen in hand, determined to make something meaningful.

We took a blank noodle cup, picked up the colourful markers, and gave it our best shot. I doodled a cheerful Mamee Monster, and my mum added a slightly wonky heart. We laughed, teased each other about our drawing skills, and wrote a simple message on the cup to make it hers.

Once we were done decorating, we handed it over to be filled. We picked her flavours and toppings—corn, cabbage, a little bit of chilli for fun. The staff packed it with real noodles, sealed the lid, and shrink-wrapped it like an actual store-bought product. A complete, edible souvenir—made with love.

Before we left, we wandered into the merchandise section, which was filled with exclusive Mamee Monster-themed goodies—plushies, capes, mugs, stationery, and more. That’s when we decided to customise something special: a white t-shirt featuring Mamee Monster and her name, printed across the front. It was a small touch, but it felt meaningful.

The decorated cup and that little t-shirt are now kept safe—reminders of one playful afternoon spent between generations, doing something simple and thoughtful. My niece is turning four this month, and hopefully by next year, she’ll be sitting at that same Noodle Doodle table, markers in hand, making her own memories.

That’s what Mamee Jonker House does so well. It turns something familiar—something as ordinary as a noodle snack—into a gateway to the past and a space for new stories. It’s where nostalgia meets imagination, and love gets tucked inside a cup.

Because sometimes, a snack is more than just a snack. It’s a thread that ties generations together - with laughter, colour, and care.

位在雞場街中間，有很多零食、泡麵、周遍商品可以購買。自己動手畫泡麵杯、選佐料，帶走一個專屬自己的泡麵紀念品，整個過程蠻有趣的。

Plenty of Mamee products sold here. But i think can get cheaper price at the local supermarket. The DIY cup noodle is RM15/cup. If you buy for your child only, you cannot accompany them when they are decorating the cup. Can join them during the packaging process afterwards. Great fun experience for my daughter.
