I bought a burger for my breakfast. The burger buns that I got are burnt. Of course I felt pissed off. You guys can see here how worst the buns burnt are?

After that, I made a complaint about this burger on McD apps. The manager of this branch called me about my complaint.

You know what the manager said?

"Actually this burger buns burnt are acceptable"

What do you mean 'acceptable'? The buns are super burnt. Are you blind?

I told the manager that burnt buns tasted bitter in certain areas.

You know what the manager replied?

"Is it too bitter until you can't eat it?"
(Pahit sangat ke sampai takleh telan?)

What unprofessional you are as a manager to say this to me. You just can't accept the complaint because the way you answered my complaint looked like you were making fun of your customer.

Honestly, i will never visit this mcd. Even they offered me to replace that burger, i still don't want to come. Super bad service, bad quality food with bad manager. No wonder why you guys get a lot of bad reviews. 👎👎👎

Hello, so call Fast food?!!!…. from preparing to get a rider take me more than 30 minutes.
Until I call this shop, then just get a rider. I don’t know what happen, almost 1 hour I still haven’t received the food!!

Poor Service and Delay in Order.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor service I experienced at your branch restaurant on 18 july around time 12.17am

After placing my order, I had to wait nearly 40 to 50 minutes for the food to be prepared, even though the restaurant was not busy and had only a few customers. What made the experience worse was that none of the staff updated us or apologized for the delay. Their attitude was unprofessional, and it showed a lack of concern for customer service.

This delay not only wasted my time but also caused me inconvenience. I believe every customer deserves timely service and proper communication, which was clearly missing in this case.

I hope appropriate action will be taken to improve staff training and ensure better service in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Tempat OK, banyak orang, tapi masih boleh dapat tempat duduk. Tempat pun luas. Makanan seperti biasa, mcD memang sedap kan. Just that tunggu makanan nak siap ready tu kena tunggu dalam masa 20 minutes macam tu. Lama juga kena tunggu. And one more thing, lantai sini macam licin , jadi kena hati hati masa nak naik tangga atau ke toilet.

Payment options both with card or cash at counter. So, it helps people with cash as well as cards. Ones having food in the place can take their number, pay and go to their seats of choice. The server will find you. Thus giving you the comfort of sitting down and not waiting in the line for your food.
Good place for brunch with wide varieties of food available to choose from.
The seating is on the first floor with or without a road view. Good ambience with the place being maintained well.
Ideal for friends or groups catching up for chit-chat or students sitting with their books for revision. Peaceful environment with not much noise around mid-morning.
