The place has a nice vibe and wasn’t overly crowded when we visited on the weekend, which was a plus.

However, the overall cleanliness and hygiene really need attention. Tables and chairs were scattered around, creating a messy look. At the pick-up counter, we noticed the lemon containers just left out in the open — definitely not hygienic.

What’s more concerning is the staff’s hygiene practices. I saw them touching chairs, tables, and even picking up garbage, but not washing their hands before handling other items.

Also, instead of playing the usual Mixue music, the staff were playing their own songs, which took away from the brand experience. Disappointing visit overall.

Tempat ini memang ada suasana yang menarik dan tidak terlalu sesak semasa kami datang hujung minggu — itu satu kelebihan.

Namun, tahap kebersihan dan penjagaan kebersihan amat mengecewakan. Meja dan kerusi bersepah, tidak tersusun langsung. Di bahagian kaunter pengambilan, kami nampak bekas lemon hanya diletakkan begitu sahaja di luar — sangat tidak bersih.

Apa yang lebih membimbangkan, staf di sini tidak mencuci tangan selepas menyentuh kerusi/meja atau selepas mengutip sampah.

Selain itu, staf juga mainkan muzik mereka sendiri dan bukannya muzik rasmi dari Mixue — ini mengganggu suasana dan identiti jenama. Lawatan yang agak mengecewakan secara keseluruhan.

The best Mixue outlet in Klang Valley! They don’t play that god awful Mixue song on repeat like other outlets. Thats an auto 5 star!

Ok....if you enjoy ice cream that is very very milky tasting, you'll like the ice cream here. The texture is not exactly creamy but the cone is really cheap at RM2. Parking used to be easier to find but with more ppl lining up for the ices in here, parking and seating indoors is getting increasingly scarce. In the afternoon, there are lots of people just holding unto one RM2 cone and occupying seats and tables inside the small shoplot for a loooooooong time. So like today, we sat outside and the ice cream melted in seconds 😅 The Boba Sundae is slightly better, but the dark sugar syrup is a bit too sweet for us.

8.20pm 5/05/2025 SS19 mixue outlet. I have been buying from here all this while. This is not the service that I expected from ur new staff faces here. These pearls this indian girl she put less when I said it's not like usual that I buy but they these malay guy said need to add rm1. I'm not happy I have been buying here so I know how much is the pearl level usually is. And the Pearl was really hard. I just bought the same thing yesterday was ok no issues. Today all new faces there. Like crap they are making the ice cream. You don't argue with the customers.

Strategic and convenient. It's near grocery stores and mamak eateries, street side - easy access, free street side parking. The best part is that it closes late at 12 am. There is sometimes a queue, but never as long as the ones in a mall. The wait time is usually just 10 minutes even with a queue/crowd of people. Ample seating, too. Love this branch.
