I've been to this pharmacy for a quite a few times now. I can say that their service is consistent and helpful. They're well-versed in the items that they have. For those first timers, ask away if you are unsure as they can help you through it.

I went to the pharmacy , and i ask for "ubat gastrik". Then the staff reply me "itu di luar sana. She ask me to find by myself. This staff . she stand at the counter. I'm coming to the pharmacy with gastric pain. the staff should help me to find the medicine. not ask customer to get it self. She is so rude.

23. 8.24 PMG boulevard pujut
Encountered with bad service experience. The male employee with spectacles wearing a white lab coat/gown introduced my mum to purchase promotion pack for ensure milk powder saying there's discount, but when paying, the cashiers mentioned no discount. Then the cashiers added in that if the total bill adds up to rm300, we will be able to get a free lunch box with a cooler bag. After topping up other products to reach the amount, we r given the free gift. However, before we r able to claim it, the rude male employee snatched it right in front of our eyes n told the cashier that we r not entitled to it😡😡. He murmured sth to the cashiers n even though the cashiers explained that our total bill has reached rm300 n says 'bagi saja', still he gave them no face n took away the free gift.
Dumbfounded, we ask the male employee on the free gift n he says we need to purchase pmg products to be entitled for the free gift. Well, when he 1st passed the free gift to another customer that he personally entertain, he mentioned that 'this free gift is for u as u hv purchased rm300'. So, what's the deal here?
To the other customer, he mentioned abt total bill n to us he mentioned that we must purchase pmg products. Ridiculous. Even its a miscommunication among him n the cashiers on the free gift, still he has no right to snatch it away right in front of us with that sarcastic look. Very unprofessional. 😵😵N the cashiers has insisted on giving it to us still he ignored. After waiting for his 'sloth' clicking on the pc, he told my mum that she cn take out the things she topped up n they will recalculate. Seriously. My mum is walking with a cane n has waited quite some time at the cashier. Even though at that moment there aren't many customers in there. Probably just around 5. Due to his whatsoever miscommunication with the cashiers, he expect us to wait again for him to recalculate everything. He must be out of his mind!!!
They shouldn't just recruit, but to train them as well on the courtesy and patience in interacting with customers.
This is not just a purchasing experience but they have the responsibility to provide reliable consultation n suggestions to customers.
This is such a humiliating n lousy experience towards regular customers and member of PMG Pharmacy.
