Awards Winning Cuisine. Proud of Sg Pelik!

1) The Prawn Rolls are superb. Packed with sizable prawns. Fried gently so not to reduce the taste of the shrimps

2) The Deep Fried Yum-Crab-Mushroom strips are something so unique and creative. Not sure what category of award but I am sure should also get the creative part. The dipping sauce from the Prawn Rolls would go well with this dish

3) Service is fast and attentive. The food serving time is rather short. So it is a great place to dine if one is hungry

4) Great ambient, though some patrons vaped inside the restaurant. Quite inconsiderate

5) The normal fried rice is also good

6) Reasonable prices

I think everything was okay, the only comment I would probably make is, the food is way too tastety, too salty, if that can be slightly reduced, t will be awesome. I think lot of Ajinomoto has put up to boost the taste of the food.

Had a fantastic meal at STK Restaurant recently, and I’m still thinking about it! The crispy taro was sedap giler – super crunchy on the outside but soft and flavorful on the inside. It’s the perfect combo of textures, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. The prawn rolls with those golden strands were equally amazing, packed with flavor and had that satisfying crunch. And the pork ribs? Tender and well-marinated, they hit the spot with their rich taste.

Good to try their food, prawn roll extremely good, Dongpo meat (东坡肉)taste like char sew. I like their fried oyster, if compare with restaurant Ming ho and Sheng Kee, STK is champion. Yam curly 毛丹卷 no taste no good at all

Love this restaurant. The food served is nice and tasty. Price is reasonable. Plenty of parking area around the restaurant. Table are well spaced.

This restaurant is one of the established restaurant serving Fuchow cuisine and seafood. It can cater for any occasion or wedding celebrations. The seafood is superbly fresh and delicious. The dining area is air conditioned so that the diners can enjoy their food comfortably.
