Bought this peanut cookies at ECONSAVE BT Berendam MLK and when open it found that the cookies short of 3 -4pcs (not full) with paper inside. Is this counted by pcs or by weight? Side view cant see inside.

I bought your cencalok from Jaya Grocer The Tropika 9th Oct 2023 and it smelled like wet cat food, nothing like the fantastic, appetite-whetting assault of the senses as actual cencaloks go. The entire bottle went into my trash can and that is RM5.20 I will never get back again. Why sell such a bad product and let people down? I do not get it. Will never support this brand anymore.

I have always bought their seaweed seasoned with perilla oil, one of my favourite snack. But the recent batch has some funky smell and taste. It taste and smells like they used some inedible oil. Is it safe? Please QC the product for health and safety reasons. Thank you

Very poor customer service. Even the salesperson/clerk who open invoice/the warehouse man is very rude. Ask them questions but they reply you like no manners like that 😅 maybe the company itself have this kind of arrogant culture… hope you can improve as a supplier this kind of standard is not the customers wi expect..
