Am a returning customer of the cake shop and have been very satisfied with the services provided. Website was easy to navigate and online payment was fuss-free. Customer service was prompt in answering questions on WhatsApp too. Most importantly, they offer same-day delivery which is a huge plus. Have not personally tried the cakes but heard they were great. My mom loves Black Forest so I always try to find a tasty one for her. After a while, I thought all were about the same.

BFG is a 'stand out' to me, I am not sure if it is because I am buying the gateau version this time. May be SK could kindly send me the normal version to compare. 🙂

Anyways, thing to improve, the cake board can be bigger. Maybe due to its rich filling, it is hard to cut the cake properly, and a bigger cake board will prevent the cake from falling out of the cake board.

I ordered a Tiramisu Birthday cake for a friend. It was beautifully presented and boxed up. It was actually the best Tiramisu I have tasted, would highly recommend this bakery and look forward to sampling other cakes on their extensive menu. Ordered the black forest gateau via Grab in August for a birthday and someone just asked me about the cake today(December, almost 4 months later). Although I didn't try it, the cake must be really good for them to still remember it after so long. They are planning to order for themselves for Christmas.

The Black Forest gateau cake is the best cakes ever eaten. Taste just perfect …. Everyone of the guest agrees. This time we also tried their Tiramisu. Excellent !
