Good service from staff, no issues there. Quality of food needs lots of work, unfortunately. If the chef just samples the many sushi places around here, immediately he/she will be able to tell the difference. Yakiniku beef was good though.

Come at 1145am until 1240pm. The sushi on the belts are few variety. We wish for more variety please.

Maybe to their new policy - no more salmon skin, no more salmon bakar on the menu. Ahhh i miss old times but please at more variety to sushi on belts. Thank you.

had a FRICKING GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS OUTLET THANKS TO MANAGER DOTTIE FAIZA 😭 came for the bonaza and she let us in even when the kitchen was almost out of ingredients. pastu the order came late and she apologized too cus biasa la bonanza kan. didn’t rush us out, and happily greeted us when we went to pay at counter. memang power dan mantap layanan kak dottie and team. ada sorang abang tu customer ramai pon tapi tetap senyum je tak buat muka masam. actually it was our first time dining here selama ni tak makan kat jj. tak sangka staff semua peramah and makanan semua cam biasa la sedap. best best!!!

Visited during the Bonanza promotion and was very satisfied. A wide selection of sushi was available, including salmon mentai, ebi tempura, karaage; all fresh and delicious. Ordering via the self-service tablet was smooth and efficient.

Overall, great value for sushi lovers, especially during promotions. Recommended to come early to avoid long queues.

Makanan dia okey lah.. sekarang dah macam makin kurang sedap.. servis dia lembab gila.. tak tau pasai apa, customer tak ramai pun, dari tak ramai terus jadi ramai sebab kelembabpan servis staff² dia tu.. harga dapat le perbaiki.. setakat ni Ipoh Parade antara yang masih saya pergi, kalau aeon kinta city ni tengok le keadaan kalau takde pilihan lain

THE WORST JAPANESE FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER! 😭 came for raya 2. Food was horrible.

- Udon was cold
- Miso soup was not warm and had no taste at all
- Curry rice chicken was just a huge chunk not sliced also and teriyaki sauce and curry was SO SALTY
- Had to wait 30 mins for our simple green tea to arrive
- Food was horrible no staff to layan us

Really bad experience and not gonna come again 😭 was a regular before this

How come people can give high marks?

Lazy service, poor food, tiny portion. I ordered beef udon, the beef is very tiny little pieces, portion is fewer than one table spoon. The udon is small too. They charges RM18 for it.

And the rice has strange smell !!!

I used to dine in here n love the food. However, food today serve looking unpleasent, the tempura was soggy and doesnt taste good as before, and the sushi on the belt doesnt look appetizing
