DISSAPOINTING STAY (MISLEADING DELUXE ROOM)”

The staff were polite and helpful, but the room was very disappointing. I booked a Deluxe room which was supposed to include a hair dryer, blackout curtains, and a refrigerator, but none of these were provided. The room had no window even though the listing showed otherwise, and it was very small for the price. Definitely not worth it and misleading compared to the booking description.

Everything went smoothly from the start. I checked in on the 1st May, and on the 2nd May I went to the counter to extend my stay — the customer service team was very helpful and handled everything smoothly. Even around 9pm, the CS staff were friendly, willing to chat, give food recommendations, and help with Grab.

However, at around 2hb May 11:40pm, a new CS staff who had just started her shift was quite rude. The way she asked and spoke was very sarcastic.bcoz of this service i give 3 star .. Can ask the staff go training how to talk or handle customer better… or maybe can learn from the staff on 1st May and 2nd May before her shift start… they more better attitude and know how to treat customer.

Space wise, it is small like any other newer hotels of this rating, no wardrobe as expected, initially don’t even have toilet paper in the room, no tea or coffee with water heater to make your own drinks. Very basic with towels and shower gel and shampoo. Room is clean and comfortable. Overall, pretty good for one night, price with window facing back was RM140. The place is right by the waterside facing the SEA, at night within walking distance, there are Chinese restaurants and one Malay restaurant, Chinese restaurant serves beer.

Bilik kecik , tv tiada siaran dah boleh tukar ke android tv , youtube ,netflix , dan apa2 chanel ,jadi bosan bila tiada siaran tv dan yg mengecewakan design bilik very disapointed .. please take a not for my rating for u.. please improve for customer comfort

Good location. Love the bed and pillows.
Basic amenities but good enough.

Bilik family seaview yang sangat luas dan selesa. Ada katil queen, single dan sofa. Ada ruang lagi untuk bentang comforter.
Tetapi hanya bilik family yang ada seaview, dan hanya 1 di setiap tingkat.

Bilik standard sangat kecil, tak bertingkap. Tak sesuai untuk yang claustrophobic

Hotel 3 tingkat dan tiada lif. Tak sesuai untuk warga emas atau OKU

Lokasi sangat convenient dengan kedai ECO di seberang, bank, restoran dan pantai berdekatan, boleh berjalan kaki.

1. 在线上预定可以拿到比较低的房价，walk in的房价较高。
2. Standard room很小
3. 房间里面很多设备都看起来很旧，需要换掉或者是维修的
4. 冲凉房非常小间，冲凉的空间非常窄小
5. 马桶严重阻塞
6. 楼下没有门面，住客需要自己走上一楼，办理入住的柜台在一楼。
